Day 26

I can't believe I only have 4 days left on the 30 day Primal challenge. Time surely does fly! Holy cow!!

I have been really strict with my meals and fasting between meals here and there. I started to get really tired and bored with the meals yesterday. I actually told Roy that I was fed up with eating meat and salads and needed a change! Then it dawned on me that I haven't allowed myself any room for the 80/20 rule lately. Sooo...I decided to treat with some nachos. Talk about a big mistake! I was really excited about eating something new and found myself completely turned off. After cutting sugary foods for the last 3 weeks eating chicken strips with BBQ sauce literally tasted like candy to me. I didn't want it! I guess it's a good thing but I had my hopes up for a new tasty meal. :). I know I am to blame in this area. I have been so busy studying and working that I haven't tried any new recipes. I need to fix that!

My big test is this upcoming Saturday. I'm so nervous yet anxious at the same time. I hope to stop by the MEC when I go over and find some Vibram Five Fingers too. :)

Body wise I can't get over the inches I have lost. It's incredible. A pair of tiny jeans I could barely get past my thighs 26 days ago are almost ready to button. Perhaps another 30 day challenge is in order. ;)

I hope everyone is doing well. Sorry I have been quiet the last few days it's just been extremely busy!
