30 Day Primal Results

Well the 30 days are over and it's time for my Primal review! 

The Good:

  • I lost 2.5 inches from my waist, and another 2 inches from my hips.
  • The scale weight dropped by 10 lbs (I went up a bit from the original 13 I lost)
  • Skinny jeans - almost able to button

I'm very happy with the results I got from the Primal BluePrint - yet AGAIN! :) 

In a nutshell, the Primal BluePrint definitely works - you WILL get results.  The big problem I experienced the second time around was the same as the first.  A bit of boredom eating the same foods.  I notice Mark's cookbook is due to come out soon.  I can't wait to review it and see what kind of yummy ideas I can find from it. :)

I’m going to take the next few days to decide where I want to go from here.  I have 41 days to go until my double jaw surgery so I want to keep experimenting with different diet and workouts.  My plan is to enjoy life and just be healthy and happy. :)

I'm grateful to everyone who followed me during my journey!  I will continue to post more Nutrition and Fitness articles that I find interesting, along with recipes. :)

    I suggest Checking out Clarence Bass at cbass.com and read through his articles. He's 70 now & posts a few new articles every month.
