No diet soda and all Primal meals since getting back from Halifax. I feel fantastic! :)  I have zero cravings, I eat until I’m full and I love the food.  My carbohydrate intake is below 150 grams per day.  I eat fresh fruit and veggies every day and love it.  I should also add that when I say “I eat until I feel full” that it actually takes very little.  Eating big salads fills you up quickly so there’s no room for anything else. Besides bacon. :) 

This week has been busy at work with everyone getting ready for the Easter holidays.  I’ve also been spending a lot of time studying for the Nutrition and Wellness course.  I can’t wait to go back to Dartmouth on the 17th to write the test and do the practical.  It’s going to be so much fun. :)

I got the paperwork in the mail yesterday to prep for my jaw surgery on June 1st.  My orthodontist is going to put wire brackets on each tooth.  From there I will have about half a dozen consults and tests before the official surgery date.  I’m hoping the surgery goes smoothly and that I won’t have to be wired shut.  If things goes well I can get by with just elastics.  Fingers crossed. :)  At any rate it will be 3 weeks off work and at least a month of liquid dieting.  Not fun but the results will be worth it!

One more day to go at work and then the long weekend is here.  I can’t wait!
